Set  Menu

Starters:

Chicken liver pate, caramelised onion marmalade , warm toast and salad garnish .

Beer battered haddock goujons , dressed baby leaf accompanied by  a citrus mayo to dip .

Carrot  & orange soup , served with in house finished bread roll and butter. (V)

Bruschetta of Yorkshire blue cheese melted , served with Roman onion marmalade , extra virgin olive oil and splashes of beetroot glaze. (V)

Main Course:

Lemon & thyme  roasted ½ chicken, accompanied by Heritage carrot and beetroot remoulade , triple cooked chips .

Headley roast Topside of beef , served with our famous rich gravy , Yorkshire pudding , roasts and seasonal vegetables .

Aubergine parmigiana , layers of aubergine , tomato sauce, ricotta and parmesan baked , served with our triple cooked chips and garlic bread.

Pan seared salmon fillet, served on a bed of balsamic roasted Peruvian purple potatoes , parma ham wrapped asparagus , and a drizzle of sorrel sauce .

Desserts:

Sticky toffee pudding, rich toffee sauce and lashes of hot custard

Cheesecake of the day with cream or ice cream

Lemon Posset, cream or ice cream

Chocolate fudge , served warm with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
